Haus of Wax strives to provide you with the best customer service and access to reserving your desired appointment times. I ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment that it is done 48 hours prior to your reserved appointment time. Failure to cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of your total service cost. Failure to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or a no call/no show will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. I allow a 10 minute grace period after your appointment time if you are running late, after the 10 minute mark you will be considered a no call/no show.
